When I first met Kim, I had never had a personal trainer before, but I couldn't have found anyone better suited for me. She is attentive to your needs and helps you achieve the goals that YOU want. She keeps you motivated! Hey I lost more than 20 pounds with her and gained muscles at the same time. Kim is always on time, and takes the time to answer any question you might have, small or big. Before I started training with Kim I was truly in a workout rut, Kim has pushed me out of my comfort zone and given me great results. I have been training with Kim for a few months now, and I can honestly say that it is one of the best things that I have ever done for myself. Since I started in March, I'm down 13.5 inches and almost 10 LBS. Not only is Kim dedicated to what she does, but she is friendly and provides a great, non-threatening atmosphere for her clients.
